Goodwinds Composites’ round carbon tubes provide lightweight structural components for drones and robotics, with unidirectional fibers that deliver high stiffness along the tube. The pultrusion process draws aligned carbon fibers through resin and heated tooling to form a consistent hollow profile with controlled inner and outer dimensions. Applications include UAV booms, spars and internal structural members.
Standard outer diameters range from 0.125 to 0.750 inches, with catalog lengths from 24 to 60 inches, including 36- and 48-inch options depending on the product. Inner diameters across the range extend from 0.075 to 0.540 inches.
Goodwinds offers custom cutting and machining services to met specific customer requirements.
