RoboRack® Half Rack Cases

RoboRack® half-rack cases provide portable protection for sensitive electronics, including UxV payloads, sensors and supporting equipment. Manufactured using Gemstar’s precision Robomold technology and GSR high-performance resin, the cases combine double-walled construction with airtight and watertight sealing. The U.S.-manufactured range is available in 3U, 5U, 7U and 9U sizes.

The configurable cases feature an interlocking, stackable design, edge wheels and an extendable pull handle. Fully removable lids can be hung on the sides of the case.

RoboRack® cases are designed and tested to meet or exceed MIL-STD-810F and military long-life reusable container requirements. Gemstar can tailor interior and exterior features to the equipment configuration, with options including shock-isolation mounts, panel mounts, custom routing and cutouts, and EMI shielding.
