GuRu Wireless will showcase a dual-drone persistent flight demonstration powered by a single transmitter at the upcoming MOSA Industry Summit.
The demonstration highlights how advanced RF energy beaming can keep two untethered small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) airborne indefinitely using a single 24 GHz Generator Unit. By transferring power wirelessly through the air, the technology removes the traditional reliance on physical tethers, manual landings, downtime, and routine battery swaps.
This continuous airborne capability introduces a fundamental shift in how defense forces can execute Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) alongside other critical operational missions. Delivering uninterrupted aerial coverage drastically reduces overall logistical burdens while providing maximum flexibility in the field.
The underlying wireless power technology serves as an enabling layer designed for integration into next-generation, modular defense systems and flexible operational concepts.
