PDW (Performance Drone Works) has officially completed its previously announced acquisition of Vanteon, a Rochester, New York-based engineering company.
The acquired firm specializes in RF systems, software-defined radios, FPGA development, and advanced communications technologies. This transaction directly expands PDW’s communications engineering capabilities and adds approximately 40 engineers and technical professionals to the organization.
