E-magy’s silicon anode technology offers a number of benefits, including:

E-magy’s drone battery offerings
The company is developing a 10 Ah pouch cell specifically designed for drone applications that is highly suited to the needs of multirotor drones as well as hybrid VTOL fixed-wing platforms.
The lightweight and compact battery solution has consistently achieved over 30 minutes of flight time for up to 186 flight cycles under robust test protocols. Thickness measurements show that cell swelling is contained to within 3.5%, when the battery is cycled for 280 hours at a C/2 rate.
The first iteration of the drone pouch cell is already in production, and E-magy expects an improved cell design to be ready in H1 2026.
