ITT Cannon’s C5 Warrior is a rugged, ultra-miniature connector engineered for mission-critical defense electronics.

Delivering 10 Gbps data transfer in a footprint up to four times smaller than traditional D38999 connectors, the 19-pin variant even has an outer diameter smaller than a U.S. dime. It’s the ideal solution for space-constrained, data-intensive applications in soldier modernization, battlefield robotics, advanced communications, and more.

High-Speed Performance

Designed to bring consumer-level speed to the battlefield, C5 Warrior supports USB-C power delivery, HDMI, DisplayPort, and 10 Gbps Ethernet. It also delivers up to 5 Amps and 100 Watts of power. Its ultra-high-density, impedance-controlled pin-and-socket system ensures signal integrity, while Cannon’s proven breakaway coupling mechanism guarantees secure performance in harsh environments.

Built for Extreme Reliability

C5 Warrior is sealed against moisture ingress and ruggedized to withstand 300g half-sine shock, 43g RMS random vibration, and extreme environmental conditions.

Flexible Configurations

Available with factory-terminated cable assemblies, including low-smoke, zero-halogen options, C5 Warrior offers straight or right-angle overmolded connectors, round polyurethane jackets, and flat high-flex silicone jackets for tight spaces and repeated movement. Jam nut receptacles are available with PC-tail or solder-cup terminations.

Compact. Capable. Mission-Ready.

C5 Warrior delivers unmatched speed, power, and ruggedness in the smallest possible footprint, a connector built for real-world deployment.
