Arcsky, a U.S. based manufacturer of high performance aerial platforms, has launched a rugged, compact drone system built for industrial missions, the Xplorer.

Designed for operators who demand fast deployment, rock-solid reliability and seamless integration without added complexity, the Xplorer delivers professional grade performance in the field.

The Xplorer removes the common frustrations of commercial drone operations, eliminating multi-app setup hassles, payload incompatibility, and unreliable field performance, whether supporting public safety, inspecting critical infrastructure, or executing high-precision surveys.

Xplorer does not require long prep times, external apps, or juggling and piecing together fragile ecosystems. It’s built for fast-paced teams and field-ready workflows.

The Xplorer’s hot swappable smart battery system enables 45 minutes of flight time and allows batteries to be replaced without rebooting the system. Integrated monitoring tracks cycle life, health, and charge status for fleet readiness and safety.

Standard terrain following and obstacle avoidance sensors allow the Xplorer to maintain a consistent altitude above ground level for precision surveying and mapping projects, while detecting obstacles up to 50m ahead with its forward-facing avoidance sensor.

The fully integrated RTK and NTRIP support provides centimeter-level accuracy, with no third-party dongles, apps, or new subscriptions required. The system works with your existing base stations or NTRIP services, streamlining surveying, mapping, and repeatable flight workflows.

Each motor communicates via CAN bus for real-time diagnostics, redundancy, and fail-safe operation beyond traditional PWM setups. The Xplorer is also built around a curated set of high-performance sensors, each tested, optimized, and ready to fly without cables, fiddling or firmware mismatches.

From case to flight in under two minutes, with no tools or calibration required, the Xplorer is ideal for emergency response, field surveys, and other time-sensitive missions.

The Arcsky Xplorer is built to evolve with your operations. The upcoming  Drone-in-a-ox Integrations are mechanically designed to support autonomous charging and deployment systems for remote or repeatable flight missions. A Tether Integration (also coming soon), will enable persistent aerial monitoring with unlimited power, ideal for security, surveillance, and other long duration missions.

Key Specifications:

  • Max Flight Time: 45 minutes
  • Max Transmission Range: 10 km
  • Payload Capacity: 4.5 lbs (2.04 kg)
  • Wind Resistance: 12 m/s
  • Operating Temperature: -20°C to 45°C
  • Ingress Protection: IP53
Integrated FPV Camera & Forward Obstacle Avoidance

Arcsky developed the Xplorer in response to growing demand for a system that simply works when it’s needed most and delivers exceptional value. Built for professionals who care about results, it’s fast, intuitive, and mission-ready, with advanced intelligence and innovative systems beneath the surface.

From first responders needing zero-delay readiness, to survey teams demanding high accuracy with minimal hassle, Xplorer is designed to support your mission. Its design, from the battery system to the obstacle avoidance, is focused on operational clarity, uptime, and reliability in the field.

The Arcsky Xplorer will be available towards the end of 2025. To inquire about more information or join the waitlist, visit the Arcsky website.
