  • Safe Mitigation of Drones

Defeating dangerous drones does not have to endanger personnel and materiel on the ground. Prior attempts to solve the problem using RF jammers or kinetic weapons are both unpredictable in their effects and dangerous to the surrounding countryside, especially with drones carrying explosives or narcotics.

In this webinar, Fortem VP of Solutions Gary Watson will provide background on the hazards posed by RF spectrum disruption, directed energy weapons, as well as explosive mitigation, where these systems should and should not be used, and how a modern kinetic non-lethal effector can replace or supplement other mitigation techniques without risking collateral damage.
