President Chris Johnston and VP of Sales Jeff Leake of Sierra-Olympic Technologies, Inc will be joined by Jennifer Mattox, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Compliance Monitoring and Inspections Supervisor, to talk about optical gas imaging and methane emissions compliance and enforcement. The presentation will begin with an overview from the Sierra-Olympic team on the development and refinement of optical gas imaging (OGI) infrared camera technology, and how it is deployed via hand-held, ground robotics, continuous monitoring and airborne platforms. Ms. Mattox will share reflections on the practical application of OGI technology in her home state of Colorado’s regulatory program. She’ll also discuss the process her state went through in the development of the Colorado Alternative Instrument Monitoring Methodology (AIMM).
