In this video, RCV Engines walks through the full production process for the DF35, beginning with component design and release through configuration-control software.

Once a part is released, it moves to the machining programming station, where engineers generate the CNC machining code.

At the CAD station, the part is imported and programmed for manufacture, before the completed code is transferred to the CNC machine operators, who set up the equipment and begin metal cutting. After machining, finished parts move into stores, where they are handled according to configuration-controlled bills of materials and detailed drawings.

A key focus throughout the video is the precision required in producing the DF35. At every stage, design, machining, storage, and assembly, teams follow detailed checklists to ensure all components are manufactured and assembled correctly.
