Subsea Expo 2027 will bring together companies, organizations and professionals from across the underwater industry at P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland, on March 10-11, 2027.
Organized by Global Underwater Hub, the two-day exhibition and conference will showcase subsea technologies, capabilities and expertise across offshore energy, defense and the wider blue economy.
The event will feature established industry companies, supply chain providers and emerging technology developers, with opportunities to discover new solutions, meet suppliers and connect with industry decision-makers.

When is Subsea Expo?
Subsea Expo 2027 will take place on March 10–11, 2027, with the Subsea Expo Awards & Dinner scheduled for March 10.
Themes for 2027 Edition
The theme for Subsea Expo 2027 is Bridging the Gap, focusing on connecting technology, industry capabilities, people and investment to address challenges across the underwater sector.
The conference and exhibition will explore developments in offshore energy, defense, underwater robotics and autonomy, subsea infrastructure and the wider underwater economy.
Topics highlighted in the event program include subsea tiebacks, offshore wind, decommissioning, marine renewables, subsea cables, moorings and anchors, diving systems, health and safety, and international markets.
What’s On at Subsea Expo 2027?
Exhibition
The Subsea Expo exhibition will feature companies showcasing technologies, products, services and technical expertise from across the underwater supply chain. Visitors will be able to explore industry developments, meet technology providers and discuss capabilities with potential suppliers and partners. Exhibition attendance is free.
Subsea Expo Conference
New for 2027, the Subsea Expo Conference will take place in the Blue Horizons Theatre, with capacity limited to 500 delegates.
The two-day, industry-curated program will open with a Breakfast Plenary and feature expert presentations, discussion and debate involving representatives from operators, developers, supply chain companies, government and academia.
The theater will use a cabaret-style layout designed to encourage audience participation, questions and discussion.
A Conference Pass is required to attend, including access to both days of sessions, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the exhibition. The full conference program and speaker details are yet to be announced.
Technology and Innovation Zone
The Technology and Innovation Zone will feature short, 12-minute presentations from companies and technology developers showcasing emerging technologies, innovative solutions and industry projects.
Located on the exhibition floor, the open-access zone will cover topics including underwater robotics and autonomy, defense, offshore wind, marine renewables, subsea cables and diving operations.
Companies interested in presenting can submit an abstract by November 30, 2026. A fee applies to successful applicants.

Subsea Connections
New for 2027, Subsea Connections will provide a dedicated meeting and networking space for companies to engage with participating operators, developers and Tier 1 contractors.
Participants can book up to three facilitated one-to-one meetings per day with participating operators, developers and Tier 1 companies. The program also provides dedicated space for independent meetings with customers and partners, alongside open networking opportunities.
A Subsea Connections Pass is required, with access including meeting facilities and refreshments throughout the day.
Subsea Springboard
Subsea Springboard will return in 2027, providing companies with an opportunity to present new subsea technologies, products and solutions directly to a panel of industry operators, contractors and end users.
Participants will deliver a seven-minute pitch to industry decision-makers, with opportunities to receive feedback and discuss potential applications.
The deadline for abstract submissions is November 30, 2026.
Subsea Expo Awards & Dinner
The Subsea Expo Awards & Dinner will take place on March 10, 2027, at P&J Live, recognizing achievements by companies and individuals working across the underwater sectors.
The evening will include a drinks reception, three-course dinner and awards ceremony.
Award categories include Company of the Year, Cross-Sector Innovation, Global Development, Rising Star, Technology Development, Workforce Development Initiative, Safety and Outstanding Contribution.
Award entries are free and open to any company operating within the underwater sectors, regardless of Global Underwater Hub membership. The deadline for entries is October 30, 2026.
Previous Highlights
Subsea Expo 2026 attracted approximately 3,000 visitors, with around 80 exhibitors and more than 80 speakers. Attendees represented 41 countries, and 55% held managerial, director-level or executive positions.
