2024 Event Highlights

The 2024 International Drone Show in Odense drew over 500 industry experts from 22 countries. Key highlights included more than 10 live drone flights demonstrating a wide range of applications, from surveillance and emergency response to security and defense.

The exhibition featured nearly 50 exhibitors showcasing the latest drone technologies, while the B2B matchmaking sessions facilitated 109 meetings, helping participants forge valuable connections.

The event attracted a global audience, with about 30% of attendees coming from outside Denmark, representing 22 countries, including Germany, Sweden, Ukraine, the USA, Korea, and the UAE.

The International Drone Show continues to be a gateway for international participants looking to engage with the Nordic and European drone markets.


Where is the International Drone Show?

The UAS Denmark Test Center is a state-of-the-art facility that supports various drone operations. The site offers access to a 1,900 km² restricted airspace over land and sea, and facilities at Hans Christian Andersen Airport, including a 2 km runway.

Demonstrators are encouraged to take advantage of these resources and are advised to submit proposals early to secure a demonstration slot. The Test Center also assists with obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for advanced operations, such as BVLOS flights, making it an ideal venue for showcasing drone capabilities.
