The 2025 Future Indirect Fires Summit brings together leaders in the indirect fire community to discuss advancements in systems, munitions, support technologies, and strategies for addressing emerging challenges. The summit will address critical topics aimed at enhancing lethality, survivability, precision, and range in modern warfare.
The summit will take place on January 14-15, 2025.
This year’s summit will focus on key areas, including US Department of Defense programs like the Self-Propelled Howitzer, the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment Two, and Project LASSO. Topics will cover counter-UAS challenges, C4ISR strategies that enhance indirect fire capabilities, and the need for unified software systems.
The event will also highlight the defense industrial base’s crucial role in supporting indirect fire capabilities and increasing munitions production, with operational leaders addressing current capability gaps and sharing insights on the evolving roles of indirect fires in military success.
Attendees will have opportunities to engage with the latest US Army initiatives focused on strengthening the defense industrial base and expanding munitions production. The summit will showcase new technologies in indirect fires and system integration, with extensive networking opportunities connecting leaders from military, academic, and industry sectors.
Over 190 attendees are expected, including representatives from more than 35 military organizations and 55 solution providers showcasing innovative technologies.
