With a focus on UAVs, robotics, data, and AI/ML technologies, EDRC supports innovation that enhances safety, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the energy sector.

Founded to unite stakeholders across the energy and robotics ecosystems, the Coalition serves as a key forum for energy asset owners, solution developers, and technology users to connect, share knowledge, and scale enterprise drone and robotics programs.

When is ERDC 2026?

June 22–24, 2026

What’s on at ERDC 2026?

The Coalition offers a wide range of activities and resources year-round. These include:

Live, virtual, and hybrid events such as the annual Global Gathering and smaller regional meetups, designed to facilitate direct engagement among UAV and robotics professionals in the energy sector.

InnovateEnergy Week is a standout annual event where the Energy Drone & Robotics Summit, Industrial Digital Reality Summit, and Industrial AI Nexus Summit converge. This mega-event offers a concentrated look at how drone, robotics, and data systems are reshaping energy operations.

Energy Drone & Robotics Summit 2026

Hosted by the Energy Drone & Robotics Coalition, this summit brings together more than 1,500 professionals from across the energy sector, including oil and gas, wind, solar, refining, transmission, chemical, construction, and maritime industries, to share insights into operations, automation, and data strategies.

Across three days, the summit features technical sessions, real-world use cases, live demonstrations, and technology showcases, all focused on the deployment of unmanned systems and AI within energy and industrial operations.

Held alongside the Industrial Digital Reality Summit and Industrial AI Nexus Summit as part of InnovateEnergy Week, the event expands the scope of discussion to include broader developments in automation, analytics, and digital innovation.

Interactive components throughout the summit include:

• Panel discussions exploring emerging technologies and sector-specific challenges
• Presentations and use cases shared by industry leaders and technical experts
• An exhibit area featuring new platforms, systems, and tools in robotics, UAVs, and AI
• Networking opportunities through informal 1:1 meetings, receptions, and hosted luncheons

This year’s program will focus on advancements in:

• UAV Operations
• Marine Robotics
• Humanoid Robotics
• Industrial Cargo Drones
• Construction Robotics
