Commercial UAV Expo 2027 will bring together commercial drone and UAS professionals in Las Vegas to explore technologies, operational applications, education, and industry developments across the uncrewed aviation sector.

Presented by Commercial UAV News, the event is aimed at professionals integrating or operating commercial UAS. Attendees can explore commercial drone technologies, hear practical insights from industry specialists, and connect with pilots, project managers, service providers, surveyors, airspace management professionals, and other members of the commercial UAS community.
The event covers applications including surveying and mapping, construction, drone delivery, energy and utilities, forestry and agriculture, infrastructure and transportation, mining and aggregates, public safety and emergency services, and security.
Commercial UAV Expo 2027 will take place September 7–9, 2027.
The event is scheduled to run across three days at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The event will focus on commercial UAS technology and its practical use across a range of industries. Topics and application areas include surveying and mapping, construction, drone delivery, energy and utilities, forestry and agriculture, infrastructure and transportation, mining, public safety, emergency services, and security.
Cross-market sessions will also address developments affecting the wider commercial drone sector, including regulation, workflows, new technologies, and operational practices.
Commercial UAV Expo combines an exhibition with practical education, training, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities.
The exhibit hall will feature commercial UAS technologies from established companies and emerging businesses, giving attendees an opportunity to compare systems and discuss their operational requirements directly with technology providers.
The educational program is designed for UAS professionals at different experience levels. Sessions include real-world case studies and content for drone pilots, project managers, service providers, surveyors, and airspace management professionals.

The Exhibit Hall Theater will host presentations and panel discussions covering subjects such as opportunities for drone pilots, women in flight, starting drone programs, and other commercial UAS topics.
Presented in partnership with Pilot Institute, the Pilot Hub will provide educational sessions developed specifically for drone professionals, with practical information for pilots at different stages of their careers.
Peer-led roundtables will examine subjects including drone business growth, workflow integration, surveying practices, next-generation technologies, and changing regulations.
The educational program will also include the DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Summit, providing content focused on the use of UAS within public safety.
The Start Up Pavilion will showcase technologies and ideas from emerging drone companies.
The Public Safety Pavilion will feature UAS technologies developed for law enforcement, firefighting, search and rescue, and emergency response.
The University Pavilion will highlight drone research, specialist training, and work undertaken by academic institutions.

Commercial UAV Expo will include several opportunities for attendees to meet other members of the commercial UAS industry.
A Welcome Reception will coincide with the opening of the exhibit hall, while a Networking Happy Hour will provide another opportunity to meet attendees and exhibitors on the show floor. Coffee and lunch breaks will also provide time for discussions with solution providers and other event participants.
