Viasat's NetAgility™ Virtual Router is a versatile virtual software-defined networking (vSDN) platform that bridges and bonds disparate UAV and unmanned systems radio links and networking devices across the battlespace, ensuring robust and resilient connectivity even in DIL (disconnected, intermittent,
limited) environments.
The hardware-agnostic system can be run on a wide variety of devices, including VMware and KVM on standard x86 platforms, bare metal installation on single-board computers and SoC ARM-based systems, and cloud deployments such as AWS and Microsoft Azure. It simultaneously routes or bonds data packets over all available communications links, including SATCOM, wireless, BLOS, LOS, DLOS, MANET and tactical radios.
NetAgility™ Orchestrator software enables remote configuration and monitoring of all devices hosting the NetAgility™ Virtual Router platform.
