Engineered for seamless integration into electric vehicles, the Vanguard™ 48V 7,0 kWh fixed commercial battery long (Fi7.0L) delivers consistent high-capacity power with maximum durability. Its elongated form is a perfect fit for vehicle engine bays, making it ideal for mid-sized to large electrified platforms ranging from 7 to 70 kWh.

  • Perfect fit: The battery’s elongated shape is perfect for integration into vehicle engine bays.
  • Durable: Multiple protective features tested to withstand harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, impact, vibration and dirt. Sealed aluminium diecast enclosure rated to IP67 and suitable for pressure washing.
  • Intelligent & Safe: The integrated Battery Management System monitors temperatures and voltages of each cell bank to ensure safe operations and maximum safety. Passive propagation resistance prevents a failed cell from affecting others.
  • Flexibility: Single CANbus J1939 communication protocol allows easy integration into any application. A second CANbus enables OEMs to connect without reprogramming their existing networks.

    Via standard CANbus diagnostic protocols. The individual modules can be replaced and major components are serviceable.
