The LSM500-IP69K from Reventec is a rugged, solid-state coolant level sensor built for integration in military ground vehicle cooling systems and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Using advanced capacitive technology, it provides continuous, real-time readings with ±1% accuracy (and ±0.5% variants available). Constructed from stainless steel and sealed to IP69K standards, the sensor maintains performance under extreme vibration, temperature, and environmental exposure. Designed for direct fitment via a standard SAE 5-bolt interface, it simplifies installation and delivers long-term reliability for demanding unmanned systems.

Engineered for predictive vehicle maintenance and operational readiness, the LSM500-IP69K supports analog 0–5 V and CAN output formats for flexible data integration. With MIL-STD 461G EMC certification and operation from -40 °C to +125 °C (-55 °C to +150 °C optional), the device withstands harsh conditions without performance degradation. Its solid-state construction eliminates moving components, ensuring accurate readings even when mounted inverted.
