The LSM1000 is a Mil-Spec AN-10 threaded capacitive fuel and oil level sensor engineered for defense-grade UAV platforms. Designed to provide precise, real-time liquid level readings in compact or high-vibration environments, it integrates a PT-1000 (Class B 1/3 DIN) temperature detector for simultaneous thermal monitoring. Its lightweight carbon-fiber construction ensures durability without mass penalties, and solid-state capacitive technology eliminates moving parts, minimizing maintenance while maintaining accuracy even when inverted or under acceleration.
Manufactured to custom lengths up to 450 mm, the LSM1000 delivers continuous, high-resolution level data at 100 Hz via analog 0-5 V and/or CAN interfaces. Certified to MIL-STD-461G and RTCA DO-160F, the sensor withstands harsh conditions with IP68 sealing, a 2-bar pressure rating, and operation from –40 °C to +125 °C (–55 °C to +150 °C variant). Compatible with fuels, oils, and coolants including Gasoline, AVGAS, JET-A, JP-4, and JP-8, the LSM1000 supports precise calibration to target fluids.
