The LS100 fuel level sensor is a lightweight device especially suited to monitoring level of gasoline, petroleum or heavy oil on drones with internal combustion engines.
The sensor uses capacitive technology to monitor fuel level to exceptionally high levels of accuracy, allowing operators to plan and complete missions without fear of running out of fuel.
Each sensor is custom manufactured to the desired fuel tank depth requirements up to 450mm deep, and side mounting is also possible where required. The effect of fuel slosh and instability is limited by mechanical and electronic damping, ensuring a stable reading throughout a dynamic flight.
The LS100 drone fuel level sensor is equipped with a 1-bolt flange mount for simple installation. Other variants are available to suit, and sensors can be custom developed if required.
