TA4208 Black
Permabond TA4208 Black is a two-part, 1:1 toughened methyl methacrylate adhesive. It bonds a wide variety of metals, plastics, composites, ceramics, wood and other substrates, and can provide high shear strength with limited surface preparation. The product cures rapidly at room temperature and offers high shear and peel strength, good impact strength and chemical resistance.
For UAV frame and structural assembly, TA4208 Black can join compatible composite components and dissimilar materials used in airframes, housings and supporting structures. Its gap-filling, toughened formulation supports joints exposed to impact and vibration.
