ET5424

Permabond ET5424 is a two-part epoxy adhesive that combines high shear strength with high-temperature resistance following a low-temperature cure. Its extended cure time supports large bond areas and batch production. The product also meets the ECSS-Q-ST-70-02C thermal-vacuum outgassing screening requirements for space materials.

For UAV and Urban Air Mobility structures, ET5424 can be used in compatible composite and metal assemblies where elevated-temperature performance is required. Its long open time makes it ideal for positioning across larger airframe sections, including carbon-fiber and glass-fiber-reinforced components, before the joint is allowed to cure.
