TrueRC's NDAA-compliant X-AIR 5.8 Mk II Series provides compact directional antennas for extended-range FPV video reception. Aerospace-grade PCB materials and computer-aided engineering reduce size while maintaining wide coverage and a high axial ratio.
The X-AIR 5.8 Mk II uses a single compact element with a built-in 45-degree RP-SMA connector and 9.5 to 10.5 dBic gain. The separate 'X-AIR 5.8 Mk II 45deg - RP-SMA' entry describes this same configuration and has therefore been removed as a duplicate.
The X2-AIR 5.8 Mk II increases gain to 13 dBic through a dual-element array. The HDZero VRX4 version retains the X2-AIR antenna architecture but is supplied as a pair with native slide-on rail mounts, custom SMA connectors and a lower-profile 15 mm housing.
