APD's F3 Series electronic speed controllers provide compact motor control for UAV propulsion systems, with models spanning 40 to 200 A continuous current and battery systems from 6S to 14S. The bare-board controllers use eight-layer PCBs and support high electrical speeds of up to 750,000 eRPM.
Depending on the model, control and telemetry options include DShot or bidirectional DShot, ProShot, PWM, reversible motor operation, motor telemetry and pass-through firmware updates. Current limiting, overtemperature protection and dynamic input-signal checks protect the propulsion system during operation.
The models share the same control resolution and core architecture, with battery compatibility, current capacity, dimensions and weight defining the principal differences.
