LOCTITE® EA E-120HP is a two-part, high-viscosity structural epoxy formulated for bonding dissimilar materials where resistance to peel, impact, and thermal shock is required. The industrial-grade adhesive cures at room temperature to produce a tough bond line across aluminum, steel, other metals, selected plastics, and ceramics. Its 120-minute work time provides additional time for component positioning and adjustment during assembly.
The cured epoxy provides strong mechanical and electrical properties together with resistance to a broad range of solvents and chemicals. LOCTITE® EA E-120HP is suitable for applications requiring high peel and impact strength, including bonding aerospace nose cones and lower-stress industrial components assembled from unlike substrates.
