The Hydrogen Refueling Trailer provides refilling of high-pressure storage cylinders and remote production of hydrogen with minimal user input. Designed to support remote hydrogen-powered drone operations, the trailer can refill a range of cylinder sizes.
The trailer can generate hydrogen with just water and electricity, using electrolysis and further concentration to achieve 99.999% purity. Safety features include built-in fill monitoring that pauses and resumes as necessary according to temperature, as well as gas sensors and venting fans.
The Refueling Trailer can produce enough hydrogen to fill a 20-litre cylinder to 350 bar in about 5.5 hrs. The on-board water tank stores enough water to fill a 20-litre cylinder to 350 bar eight times before refilling.
