The Vision4ce GRIP VPDU (Video Processing Distribution Unit) is designed to manage and route multiple video streams to multiple video displays. It processes and distributes video from EO sighting systems, driver vision feeds, and situational awareness cameras, allowing content to be shared across multiple onboard displays. With support for up to 24 video inputs and a modular architecture, the system accommodates a wide range of analog and digital input formats including PAL, NTSC, HD-SDI, HDMI, RGB, VGA, and GigE Vision.
Powered by a 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor and an AMD GPU, the unit delivers low-latency video capture and processing with up to six independent display outputs. It is supplied with Linux as standard, alongside Vision4ce FrameWorkx software libraries providing functions such as video tracking, compression, streaming, and image fusion. Designed for harsh operating conditions, the GRIP VPDU is IP67-sealed, conduction cooled, and compliant with military environmental and EMC standards.
