Asartech’s RF signal conditioners combine amplification and digitally controlled attenuation in a single module. All six models include an RS-485 interface for attenuation adjustment and monitoring of module temperature and amplifier current consumption, with applications including microwave radios, VSAT equipment and electronic warfare systems.

The 1.2–1.8 GHz options include PZ0492 with two amplifiers and two attenuators, PZ0495 with two amplifiers and one attenuator, and PZ0497 with one amplifier and four attenuators. PZ0496 provides two separate signal paths, with amplification and attenuation on the first path and amplification on the second.

For 6–12 GHz operation, PZ0498 combines two amplifiers with one attenuator. PZ0499 incorporates three amplifiers and five attenuators for a wider attenuation range. These configurations provide a choice of signal-path arrangements and adjustment ranges within the two operating bands.
