Broadband RF Amplifiers
Asartech’s broadband RF amplifier modules provide gain across four operating bands, with options for radio signal chains, gain blocks and local-oscillator drive. PZ0221D, PZ0221E and PZ0221G cover different microwave ranges, and PZ0229 provides a lower-frequency option extending down to 0.5 GHz.
PZ0221D and PZ0221G are suitable for applications including point-to-point radios and mixer LO drive. PZ0229 combines RF gain with a 1.8 dB noise figure at 1900 MHz. All four modules operate from a 6–7.5 V supply, with current requirements varying by model.
