ARK 12S Payload Power Module

The ARK 12S Payload Power Module delivers robust dual-output power conversion and precise digital monitoring, tailored for systems built around Pixhawk Autopilot Bus (PAB) Carrier boards. Featuring independent 5.2V 6A and 12.0V 6A step-down regulators, it supports avionics and payload loads from 12S battery sources up to 75V, with over-current protection on both outputs. Designed to sustain 100A of continuous battery current at 20°C, the module is ideal for compact embedded platforms requiring efficient high-current distribution. For elevated loads, parallel operation and active cooling are recommended.

Integrated with a TI INA238 digital monitor and 0.1mΩ shunt, the unit delivers accurate voltage and current telemetry via I2C, enabling real-time power diagnostics. The form factor includes solder pad battery terminals and matched Molex CLIK-Mate connectors for streamlined compatibility with ARK PAB Carriers. Built in the USA and NDAA compliant, this module simplifies the power architecture for advanced uncrewed vehicles and embedded robotic applications.
