Clio is an all-in-one computation, communications, and power distribution hub that is ideal for saving space and weight in SWaP-constrained drone and unmanned vehicle designs. Using allocortech's board support and application framework, developers can pick and choose the functionality that they need, allowing the unit to serve as a high-powered flight computer or just a low-power data and power switch.
Based around a STM32H7 microcontroller and Xilinx Spartan 7 FPGA, Clio runs FreeRTOS as standard with lwIP integration, and provides two Ethernet and 17 serial ports, and various GPIO with an array of customizable options. It also features four independent power inputs which can be fed to three independent power distribution busses. These busses in turn feed nine independently switched and e-Fused power outputs.
