General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) has launched a new annual Supplier Quality Recognition program intended to recognize small businesses that demonstrate exceptional quality performance and leadership as well as a commitment to continuous improvement.

“We appreciate our suppliers and the products they provide to GA-ASI, and this new program is a great way to highlight important businesses that are doing great work for GA-ASI and the country,” said Maureen Fitzgerald, GA-ASI Vice President of Quality Assurance. “As the industry leader in uncrewed aircraft systems, our aircraft play a vital role in delivering security and reliable situational awareness to customers around the world, so it’s critical that we have suppliers we can count on to deliver quality products and services that help us achieve that mission.”

GA-ASI has recognized these small businesses for their performance in 2025:

  • 858Aero, Inc.
  • Pinnacle Systems, LLC
  • WireMasters, Inc.

During September, GA-ASI supply chain leaders visited these three suppliers and presented each with a commemorative trophy. They additionally pledged a donation to select charities on behalf of each supplier, including the Wounded Warrior Project, The Umbrella Project, and the Boys & Girls Club.

“GA-ASI’s Supplier Quality Recognition program honors high-performing small businesses that consistently meet and exceed our company’s quality expectations,” said Jamie Fowlie, GA-ASI Director of Supply Chain Quality. “These companies demonstrate strong leadership, foster collaboration, and build long-term, trust-based partnerships. This program seeks to recognize awardees for their exceptional performance and elevate these businesses in the eyes of their local communities and customer bases.”

The annual Supplier Quality Recognition program reflects GA-ASI’s commitment to building strong, long-term supplier partnerships and recognizing the essential role small businesses play in delivering high-quality products and services. Through this program, GA-ASI also hopes to acknowledge the positive impact these partners are having on their local communities.
