Novaindef and Beyond Vision have signed a collaboration agreement at Eurosatory 2026 to strengthen Iberian technological sovereignty in the defense domain.
The Memorandum of Understanding was formalized by Virgilio García, CEO of Novaindef, and Dário Pedro, CEO & Co-Founder of Beyond Vision S.A. The partnership brings together Novaindef’s expertise in advanced and deployable manufacturing solutions with Beyond Vision’s experience in drone engineering, autonomous systems, and advanced technologies.
The initial joint development effort will focus on a maritime drone platform intended for Special Operations applications. The platform is being developed to support testing and evaluation activities within NATO mission settings, with the collaboration aligning industrial expertise, UAV engineering, and mission-focused development.
By combining deployable manufacturing know-how with autonomous systems expertise, the agreement aims to support the transition of advanced technologies into operational defense capabilities. The collaboration also reflects a broader focus on strengthening regional industrial capacity and technological sovereignty across the Iberian defense ecosystem.
