E-magy is presenting its latest advancements in silicon anode technology at the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference (AABC) Europe 2026 in Mainz, Germany, 18-21 May, 2026.

The company is showcasing how its silicon-dominant anode materials are being integrated into next-generation batteries for drones, consumer electronics, and solid-state technology. These innovative materials are designed to solve critical performance bottlenecks by enabling higher energy density and faster charging capabilities compared to traditional battery chemistries.
A central feature of the event will be a technical presentation with E-magy Chief Product Officer Marco Spreafico on May 20th titled “Silicon in Action: Silicon-Dominant Cells in Consumer Electronics and Drone Applications.” This session will focus on the practical deployment of high-silicon anodes in multilayer pouch cells. Attendees will receive first-look data demonstrating how these anodes perform in real-world environments, specifically within the drone and wearable sectors.
In addition to cell performance, E-magy will highlight its internal breakthroughs in electrolyte development. The company has been optimizing specific electrolyte formulations to enhance the stability and overall cycle life of high-silicon anodes, addressing one of the primary technical challenges in silicon-based battery architecture. These “lighthouse projects” serve as a roadmap for the future of eVTOLs and portable electronics.
Experts from the E-magy team will be available throughout the conference at the Mainz Congress Rheingold Hall to discuss specific engineering challenges and explore potential collaborations for battery innovation. The presentation will conclude with a live Q&A session focused on the latest test results and the ongoing evolution of silicon-dominant battery systems.
