1. ISS Aerospace & Anduril UK Partner to Integrate WASP Launched Effect into Lattice Platform

ISS Aerospace and Anduril UK have entered a partnership agreement to integrate the ISSOS WASP multi-mission launched effect into the Lattice software platform and wider uncrewed systems.

This collaboration aims to realize the full mission envelope of the WASP platform across ISR, counter-UAS, and strike missions. By leveraging an open architecture, the integration enables coordinated, massed operations alongside other launched effects from host platforms. The WASP is a medium-sized, tube-launched, rocket-propelled Uncrewed Aerial System (UAS) designed with a modular payload to suit various operational requirements.

2. Skyeton Integrates Radiation Surveillance Sensors into Raybird UAS & Expands Mission Capabilities

Ukrainian aviation holding Skyeton has successfully integrated a radiation sensor payload into its Raybird Unmanned Aviation System (UAS) to support environmental monitoring and emergency response missions.

The integration combines the long-endurance performance of the Raybird platform with advanced sensing capabilities, enabling real-time aerial detection and data transmission over extended distances. To maintain aerodynamic balance and ensure structural protection during long-duration flights, the gamma radiation detection module is housed directly inside the UAV’s fuselage.

3. Advanced Navigation Releases Chimera Land for GPS-Denied Underground Navigation

Advanced Navigation has launched Chimera Land, a 3D Laser Velocity Sensor designed to support precise vehicle positioning in dark, unmapped, GPS-denied underground mining environments.

Accurate positioning is mission-critical in underground operations. GPS-based navigation ceases to function once vehicles enter portals or adits. To compensate, mining operators commonly install fixed infrastructure such as Wi-Fi beacons or radio tags. These systems require ongoing installation and maintenance as mine faces advance, increasing operational cost and time requirements.

5. Next-Generation Medical Drone Launched with Faster Response & Higher Payload Capacity

Swedish company Everdrone has launched the E3, a next-generation medical transport drone developed entirely in-house to enhance emergency response capabilities.

The new aircraft marks a significant transition for the Gothenburg-based firm, which previously utilized the E2 development platform based on commercial components. This shift to proprietary development was driven by a lack of commercially available hardware capable of meeting the specific rigors of emergency medical care.
