Indrocorp Technologies Inc. (INDROTEK), a robotics company specializing in AI-powered drones and robots, is seeking to raise up to CAD $3,000,000 through a new investment offering.

INDROTEK develops advanced AI-powered drones and robots for both industrial and military applications. The company’s goal is to enable clients to operate smarter through intelligent, adaptive technologies that enhance efficiency, safety, and security across multiple platforms and industries.

The company operates through three divisions: Bravo Zulu Drone Defence, InDro Robotics, and Stratocom Solutions. These divisions provide technology and revenue streams spanning drone defense, delivery by drone, and airborne data collection, utilizing technologies such as 5G networks, artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, and advanced sensors.

The investment raise comes as governments and enterprises are accelerating the procurement of autonomous AI systems for security, infrastructure, and industrial automation.

INDROTEK engineers and operates state-of-the-art General-Purpose AI (GPAI) aerial and ground robots that are used for complex missions across several verticals, including defense, logistics, energy, commercial, and environmental monitoring. Its solutions make high-risk work safer, faster, and more efficient.

The global robotics market is expected to exceed USD CAD $84 billion by 2032, and Indrotek notes that industry demand for autonomy and data integration is increasing, with AI robotics moving from experimentation to deployment.

The company plans to utilize the net proceeds from the offering across four key areas:

  • Research and development
  • Expansion of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform
  • Go-to-market strategies and partnerships
  • General operations and working capital

The funding is structured as an offering of up to 6,000,000 units, each priced at CAD $0.50. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will be exercisable at a price of CAD $1.00 for a period of 24 months from the date the company lists its shares on a recognized stock exchange.

The offering is available to accredited investors, with a minimum order requirement of CAD $5,000. Securities issued will be subject to a standard four-month hold period, running concurrently with a voluntary six-month hold period from the date of listing, resulting in a maximum hold period of six months from listing.

In the event that the company’s shares are not listed to trade on a recognized stock exchange within nine months of the financing’s closing, subscribers will receive 20% in bonus shares. For example, a subscriber who commits to 100,000 units in the private placement will receive an additional 20,000 common shares.

Indrocorp Technologies Inc. is currently a private company with no existing market to trade the offered securities. While the company has indicated an intention to list its shares on a recognized exchange in the near term, there is no guarantee this will happen in the anticipated timeframe or at all. You may never be able to sell the securities offered under this Offering.
