ALE’s cutting-edge battery solutions are designed to enhance UAV and eVTOL performance and efficiency by providing higher energy density, faster charging capabilities, and robust thermal management. Backed by proprietary SafeCore™ and Zero-Volt Technology™ (ZVT) capabilities, they ensure operational safety as well as ultra-reliable performance under the demanding conditions faced in aerospace and defense environments.

With an energy density of up to and greater than 350 Wh/kg, these batteries deliver a significant boost to flight endurance for UAVs and eVTOLs. Their lightweight construction reduces overall aircraft weight, allowing for greater payload capacity and improved efficiency. Additionally, the fast charge rates, ranging from 5C to 10C, minimize downtime between missions, allowing for near-persistent operations.

Highest Energy Density Silicon Anode Lithium-ion BatteriesALE’s rugged battery solutions are engineered for extreme durability, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. These characteristics make them ideal for high-altitude surveillance UAVs, long-range eVTOL missions, and other critical aerospace applications.

The batteries comply with strict military and aerospace safety standards, including UN38.3 battery safety regulations. ALE’s domestic production ensures NDAA compliance, providing a secure and reliable alternative to foreign-sourced energy storage solutions.

ALE8545120LCO-7000 lithium cobalt oxide LCO pouch cellThe ALE8545120LCO-7000 is a 7Ah lithium cobalt oxide (LCO) pouch cell that has been designed to provide a seamless drop-in replacement for existing UAV battery packs. Offering a specific energy of 307.83 Wh/kg, it is up to 10 percent more efficient than competing equivalent market solutions.

This model has undergone thorough flight validation by ALE customers, and meets military-grade safety and performance requirements.

American Lithium Energy Li-ion prismaticThe ALE06130145NanoSi-19500 is a 19.5Ah Nano-Si pouch cell designed for eVTOL propulsion, robotic systems, and uncrewed surface and subsea vehicles. With a high specific energy of 350 Wh/kg, it delivers excellent rate capability and maintains more than 60 percent capacity at temperatures as low as -40°C.

This battery meets stringent UN38.3 safety standards and has already been integrated into several defense and aerospace programs.

American Lithium Energy Li-ion batteriesThe ALE 18650NanoSi-4000ZV is a 4.0Ah Nano-Si 18650 cylindrical cell optimized for UAV and satellite applications. It features a specific energy of 330 Wh/kg, strong low-temperature performance, and high cycle stability. ALE’s Zero-Volt Technology™ allows for safe transport and storage, making it ideal for long-duration surveillance and space operations. The battery has been validated in multiple satellite missions and has passed all necessary UN38.3 and UL1642 safety tests.
