FALCON provides 2-blade and 3-blade main rotors for helicopter UAVs, sized 150mm to 4000mm (1kg-900kg class). Designs are available for both CW and CCW rotation, along with various blade tip styles to improve control and efficiency. Leading-edge protection options include coatings, aviation tape, and metal edging, as well as deicing solutions like electric heating. FALCON also conducts environmental tests for mold, salt spray, UV resistance, and extreme temperatures. Custom production is available based on customer requirements.
The FALCON range of multirotor propellers provides a variety of options for quadcopter, hexacopter, octocopter and heavy-payload eVTOL platforms. With optimized aerodynamic designs, they are ideal for demanding drone applications including mapping and surveying, public safety and cargo delivery.
Lightweight folding propellers are available for fixed-wing and VTOL drones with carbon fiber and glass fiber material options. With precision-optimized blade profiles and airfoil sections, these high-efficiency propellers are available in both pusher and tractor for each rotation (clockwise and counter-clockwise).
FALCON’s high-efficiency ducted fans provide excellent thrust and low reverse torque, making them safer and more reliable. They are available from 200-800mm diameters, and can be customized according to specific requirements.
The company’s direct drive variable pitch propellers can be manually or automatically adjusted for optimum angle at different flight speeds and altitudes, ensuring maximum flight efficiency and improved engine utilization. They can be designed and manufactured according to specific customer requirements in order to match particular flight parameters such as climbing and cruising speed.
