Auterion has released new features in the latest update of Auterion Suite, including Maintenance Schedules, Pilot Profiles, Asset Management, and Mission Cloud Sync capabilities.
These updates are designed to enhance fleet management, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, reliable performance across all aspects of drone operations.
Maintenance Schedules
Tracking drone maintenance is often manual, involving logbooks kept either in software or on paper, making it challenging to automatically monitor flight hours since the last maintenance.
The latest updates to Auterion Suite improve maintenance workflows with the new Maintenance Schedules feature. This allows users to automatically receive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations when drones are registered, and view upcoming maintenance tasks for each vehicle and sort vehicles by their maintenance due dates.
Maintenance Schedules also provide users with notifications and reminders about required maintenance actions, detailed descriptions of each maintenance task, and give operators the ability to assign specific maintenance tasks to users within their Suite account.
Pilot Profiles
To streamline pilot management and ensure compliance, Auterion Suite now allows users to edit Pilot Profiles.
This feature ensures that pilot information is consistently integrated across all systems, from cloud-based platforms to Auterion Mission Control at ground stations. Operators can upload important documents to their Pilot Profile, including:
- Operator ID
- Remote Pilot Certificates
- Insurance documents
- Pilot Training Certificates
When operators log into Auterion Mission Control (AMC), they will have immediate access to this information, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
Asset Management
With the new Asset Management feature, users can manage all registered assets within their organization.
This includes assets automatically created from flight logs (such as smart batteries) or manually added. The feature also tracks SIM cards for vehicles, allowing users to monitor data usage and ensure they stay within their monthly data limits.
Mission Cloud Sync
Mission Cloud Sync ensures that mission planning and data are consistently synchronized across all devices using Auterion Suite and Auterion Mission Control. This feature facilitates seamless access to mission data and planning tools, regardless of the device being used.
