Collaborative Initiative for Sustainable Data Transfer

Beyond Vision, a developer of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platforms powered by AI and cloud management capabilities, has collaborated as a partner on the the Link4S consortium led by NOS. 

The Link4S consortium’s latest project leverages 5G technology to optimize energy consumption in data transmission, specifically for critical infrastructure and the cloud. 

Beyond Vision has made significant contributions in its role to shape the project’s success. As a co-promoter of the Link4S project, Beyond Vision’s expertise has been key to developing sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. 

Through the implementation of advanced sensors and processors, Beyond Vision’s technology has enabled the detection of intrusions, floods, leaks, and other anomalies in Portgás’ gas infrastructure and REN’s electricity infrastructure. 

This has facilitated timely alerts and improved maintenance practices, ensuring the safety and efficiency of critical infrastructure.

In mobility projects, such as the Wyze bike-sharing initiative, Beyond Vision’s sensor network has provided accurate real-time route data. The data analysis improved the management of sustainability impact, and led to a substantial reduction in the overall carbon footprint in the transportation sector.

Beyond Vision’s contributions also extend to the development of energy-efficient devices that consume significantly less energy than conventional systems.
