BRINC Drones has confirmed that it has provided corporate sponsorship to DRONERESPONDERS, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that focuses on providing resources and education on how public safety and first responders can use drones to save lives and communities.

The two organizations will collaborate on providing thought leadership and technology demonstrations to ensure that first responders have access to the newest technologies dedicated to saving lives in dangerous situations. Both BRINC Drones and DRONERESPONDERS share a set of guiding principles known as the 5 Cs, and by continuing to promote these values they hope to set a positive course for the future of the drone industry in public safety. The 5 Cs are:

1. Community Engagement and Transparency
2. Civil Liberties and Privacy Protection
3. Common Operating Procedures
4. Clear Oversight and Accountability
5. Cybersecurity

Blake Resnick, Founder and CEO of BRINC Drones, commented: “We are thrilled to align with an organization that shares our values. At BRINC, we are mission-driven and dedicated to developing technologies that support first responders and allow them to do their jobs more safely and efficiently. DRONERESPONDERS is a perfect fit in supporting that mission and we are here to do whatever it takes to increase the adoption of drone technology within public safety.”

Chief Charles Werner, Director of DRONERESPONDERS, said: “DRONERESPONDERS is excited and appreciates the support from BRINC Drones Inc. as our newest corporate sponsor. BRINC’s exciting new technology will improve public safety operations in new ways and will enhance responder and citizen safety.”
