Unmanned Aerial Systems Forum Announced

Following a successful first forum, the Dubai Police and the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority invite regional and international UAS experts to attend and exhibit at the Unmanned Aerial Systems Forum from 13-14 April 2020 in Dubai. The UAS forum brings technology innovation and adoption to the forefront in the region and will showcase the latest innovations, use-cases of commercial and military applications as well as counter-UAS technologies to protect critical infrastructure, assets and interests.

The Gulf Cooperation Council UAS market is set to reach 1.5$bn by 2022, with a huge number of innovations in UAS technology increasing the UAS applications across industries. The commercial drone applications have proven to save considerable costs and time, while the advancements in the military drone applications have helped in taking timely and informed decisions and save lives. The regional authorities are working towards unlocking the potential of drone economy through regulation, compliance and innovation.
