Esterline Control & Communication Systems (ECCS) is showcasing its ‘Codis’ range of rugged displays and consoles along with its broad portfolio of products for unmanned systems at Xponential 2016.

Esterline’s Codis products are designed to meet the demanding requirements of safety and mission-critical unmanned aerial systems programs. Offering a comprehensive solution for tracking and controlling unmanned systems, the rugged displays feature high performance ergonomics with improved image quality, projected capacitive multi-touch screens, and Crewstation-over-IP real-time keyboard, video, mouse and audio capabilities.

Esterline’s human-machine interface (HMI) integration capabilities is also being demonstrated using a Codis Vista 500-600-700 console. The HMI integration is also being demonstrated with Racal Acoustics’ ELITE headset , combining state-of-the-art hearing protection, advanced local area awareness, and secure communications in the one unit.

Also on display are the company’s Mason line of unmanned-systems Harm’s Way Controllers (HaWC). The Mason line of world-class control devices and subsystems includes flight controls, cursor controllers for today’s advanced ground stations, cockpits, military vehicles, and other specialized applications.
