SimActive’s UAV Software Selected by Korean Firm DongWon

Correlator 3D SimActive Inc., a world-leading developer of photogrammetry software, has announced that Korean firm DongWon Survey Consultants Co., Ltd has purchased its Correlator3D™ product. DongWon will also act as an authorized distributor of the software in Korea.

“SimActive’s software is a high-end solution for processing UAV imagery and really stands out from competing tools,” said Mr S. B. Lim, Managing Director of DongWon. “Correlator3D™ allows turning images captured with non-metric cameras into mapping-grade DSMs, DTMs and orthomosaics”.

“We are glad to welcome DongWon among our rapidly growing UAV customer base” said Dr Philippe Simard, President of SimActive. “Compared to competing UAV tools, Correlator3D™ offers several additional capabilities including extraction of DTMs from DSMs as well as editing of mosaic seamlines.”
