The US Patent and Trademark Office has granted Unmanned Vehicle University (UVU) trademark number 4,293,678 for unmanned systems education and training. The trademark covers training and education in unmanned air, ground, sea and space vehicles. The trademark also covers the specific service of conducting seminars in the field of design and operation of unmanned vehicles, providing online classes in the field and design and operation of unmanned vehicles and providing webinars in the field of design and operation of unmanned vehicles.
Unmanned Vehicle University is the only university in the world licensed to grant degrees in unmanned (air, ground, sea and space) systems engineering. All courses are taught online by faculty members with engineering PhDs that have over 25 years of unmanned systems experience.
