The RFeye Node 100-40 is a rugged RF sensor payload from CRFS covering 9 kHz to 40 GHz, giving advanced ISR and electronic warfare platforms access to wideband spectrum monitoring across a single compact receiver architecture. Using superheterodyne receiver technology, the sensor supports continuous, real-time RF awareness together with transmitter geolocation. Its extended upper-frequency coverage enables monitoring well beyond conventional microwave bands, while a 100 MHz instantaneous bandwidth and rapid sweep performance support detection and analysis across dense or rapidly changing spectrum environments.
Designed for persistent 24/7 spectrum monitoring, the RFeye Node 100-40 combines high RF performance with a portable, weather-resistant form factor suitable for remote deployment. The unit supports simultaneous measurements, geolocation activity and connections from multiple remote users, allowing it to operate as part of distributed RF monitoring networks. Integrated GNSS provides GPS, GLONASS and Galileo support with typical timing accuracy below 20 ns, while the platform is optimized for size, weight and power and can be deployed indoors, outdoors or in demanding operating environments.
