The DA60 UAV Engine is a precision-engineered, electronically fuel-injected propulsion unit optimized for Group 3 unmanned aerial systems with take-off weights around 30 kilograms. Developed using components from Desert Aircraft and integrated with Innoflight’s proprietary INF Inject EFI system, the engine achieves significant improvements in endurance, fuel economy, and mission reliability. The 60cc single-cylinder powerplant delivers high performance for tactical ISR operations and long-range UAV missions, with onboard telemetry and intelligent engine health monitoring.
The system features an integrated electronic management suite including INF Ignite ignition control, ensuring safe-start protocols and refined throttle behavior under all load conditions. Available with the IF60FIALT upgrade, the engine includes a 3-phase starter/alternator capable of remote starting and in-flight restarts, delivering 200–400W to onboard systems at peak RPM. Designed as a turnkey propulsion solution, the DA60 is compatible with flight control systems, allowing full telemetry visibility and autonomous power management for avionics and payloads across defense and commercial ISR deployments.
