CGI-230 GNSS-INS

The CGI-230 is an automotive-grade tightly-coupled GNSS-aided inertial navigation system (INS) that provides high-precision navigation capabilities for autonomous ground vehicles and robotics. Fusing together GNSS, INS, and dead reckoning data, it offers continuous and reliable output even under challenging conditions such as GNSS-denied environments. The system incorporates CHCNAV’s tightly coupled CTCLIB2.0 engine, featuring advanced GNSS, multipath, and anti-jamming algorithms and low-latency output.

The system is easy to integrate, with only the lever arm value and mounting angle requiring calibration during initial installation. It requires no additional wheel speed sensors, and supports vehicle CAN odometer signals. Data can be output via a variety of interfaces including serial, 100Base-T1 Ethernet, and CANFD.
