Drone Power distribution unitThe 900W Onboard Power Distribution Unit is designed for small and medium-sized UAVs. Three independent and user-configurable power outputs are provided for avionics, servos and payloads, with avionics and servo supplies fully duplicated for redundancy and maximum reliability. A low-power redundant 5V output is also provided to power external sensors.

The system can be monitored via RS232 serial or CAN and provides comprehensive voltage, current, power data and health information. It is available in either a regular slimline or rugged IP66-rated enclosure.

1800W Onboard Dual-Power Distribution UnitThe 1800W Onboard Dual-Power Distribution Unit is designed for medium to large-sized UAVs. Six independent and user-configurable power outputs are provided for 2x avionics, 2x servos and 2x payloads, with avionics and servo supplies fully duplicated for redundancy and maximum reliability. Two low-power redundant 5V outputs are also provided to power external sensors.

The system can be monitored via RS232 serial or CAN and provides comprehensive voltage, current, power data and health information. It is available in a rugged IP66-rated enclosure.

Drone Generator Control Unit GCUThe 1700W Generator Control Unit (GCU) provides and manages electrical generation and storage for small to medium-sized UAVs. It provides a main power output of up to 900W at 57.5V, and includes two user-configurable battery chargers that each deliver up to 400W for rapid in-flight recharging.

The GCU can be combined with VISIONAIRtronics’ 900W Power Distribution Unit or 1800W dual-PDU to provide a complete drone power supply solution, including electrical power generation, battery management, power distribution and redundancy for critical sub-systems.

15s Battery monitor and battery balancerThe 15S Battery Cell Monitor & Balancer transforms ordinary batteries into smart self-balancing power sources. It ensures optimal performance, improved system reliability and prolonged lifespans for multi-cell batteries.

The board-level instrument supports 9 to 15S batteries with LiPo, LiS or LiFe chemistries. Comprehensive data, including internal state, voltages, currents and temperatures, is sent to the vehicle’s CAN bus, and two front-panel LEDs provide “go/no go” indication of battery balance and charge.

UAV Engine StarterThe UAV Engine Starter provides rapid and reliable starting of drone internal combustion engines up to 150cc in size without the use of decompression valves.

It accepts battery voltages from 25 to 55VDC and delivers maximum torque from standstill.
