Ophir Optronics has released an application note that details how recent advances in the development of infrared zoom lenses allow them to meet stringent Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) budgets while enabling high-resolution vision and identification for challenging applications such as UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles).
